Product Introduction:
ARS-CRT thyristor modules mainly consist of high-power antiparallel thyristor modules, isolated circuit, trigger circuit, protection circuit and cooling device. They are used for on-off control of capacitive or inductive current (below 450V). There is no flow, over-voltage work or noise. Frequent switching installation is allowed and it is easy and convenient for wiring.
Product Features:
Equipotential zero-crossing technology is adopted to realize the dynamic high-speed compensation.
Thyristor switching is adopted with reverse withstand voltage of 1600V.
The technology of limiting the current rising rate is adopted and the regulator‘s resistance to harmonic is improved.
Integrated circuit is widely used and the discrete component is reduced.
The design of anti-jamming circuit is adopted to improve the regulator‘s resistance, which effectively prevents the thyristor breakdowns caused by false triggering.
The technology of temperature control is adopted to ensure that the thyristor is operated in the specified temperature range.
